About Us

The Czar Jewelry is an independent handcrafted jewelry brand operating from Melbourne, Australia. All pieces are made to order by a single craftsman.

Orders & Production

All orders are made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the production timeframes stated on our Shipping Policy page. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

We are not currently registered for GST. No GST is included in our prices.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Natural stones may also show variation between pieces — this is inherent to natural materials and not a defect.
