Shipping Policy

Every piece at The Czar Jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Production Time

All orders require 2–3 weeks of production time before shipping. This is not a delay — it is the time needed to craft your piece by hand, individually, from start to finish. Once your order is placed, we begin work on it. We do not hold pre-made stock.

If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will let you know honestly whether it is possible.

Shipping — Australia

We ship within Australia via tracked courier. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping — International

We ship internationally to most countries. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing times.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays caused by customs inspection.

Tracking

All orders — domestic and international — are shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
