Refund Policy

Every piece at The Czar Jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

No Returns

Because each piece is made individually to your specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

We encourage you to review our Ring Size Guide and reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If your ring does not fit, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will assess the situation. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

The piece must be unworn and in its original condition.
You must contact us before sending anything back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Pieces that show signs of wear, damage caused by the buyer, or alteration by a third party are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will repair, replace, or find an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Resizing

If your ring does not fit, we offer resizing on most pieces. Contact us and we will advise on what is possible for your specific design. Note that some pieces with stones set fully around the band have limited resizing options.
