Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every piece is handcrafted to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks, after which your order is shipped. Delivery within Australia typically adds 2–5 business days. International delivery adds 7–21 business days. Total time from order to door is usually 3–5 weeks.

Is my piece made specifically for me?

Yes. Every order is made from scratch once you place it. We do not hold pre-made stock. Your ring is shaped, finished, and set by hand — one piece at a time. No two pieces are identical.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. We take custom commissions. Contact us before ordering with your idea — materials, stone, style, any reference — and we will tell you what is possible and give you a quote.

I need the piece by a specific date. Is that possible?

Contact us before placing your order and let us know your deadline. We will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

How do I know my ring size?

What if I order the wrong size?

We offer resizing on most pieces. Contact us as soon as possible if your ring does not fit and we will arrange a solution.

Do you make sizes outside the ones listed?

Yes. If you need a size not listed in the product options, contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability.


Materials

What materials do you use?

We work exclusively in 925 Sterling Silver and 18K Gold. Stones are natural — slight variations in colour and texture are inherent to natural materials and are not defects.

Will the silver tarnish over time?

Sterling silver naturally oxidises with wear and exposure. This is not a flaw — it is how solid silver behaves. Store your ring in a dry place away from humidity, perfume, chlorine, and cleaning products to slow tarnish.

How do I clean my ring?

Use a soft cloth and warm water with a small amount of mild soap. Dry thoroughly. For deeper cleaning, a silver polishing cloth works well. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners on pieces with natural stones.


Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the buyer. See our full Shipping Policy.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout once dispatched.

Can I return my order?

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your piece — incorrect size, damage in transit, or a defect — contact us and we will make it right. We offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
